KODAK Cinelabs Mumbai: About Us

Kodak Motion Picture Laboratory Sets New Benchmark For Negative Processing in Mumbai

Driven by Indian motion picture industry demand for high quality processing, KODAK Cinelabs Mumbai opened its doors in January 2005Film ProcessLocated at M.I.D.C, Chakala, Andheri East KODAK Cinelabs Mumbai is designed with the best possible quality outcome in mind. Knowing that the laboratory you are dealing with is reliable and produces work of a consistent high quality means peace of mind for the producer, the director and the cinematographer.

Our laboratory observes the strictest quality controls and is an accredited member of the KODAK IMAGECARE Program. Our processors run 100% KODAK Kit Chemistry and automated replenishment of the tank solutions ensure we maintain a consistent and stable process. Handling your film in a clean environment helps us ensure that your negatives are always delivered to you clean.

We adhere to the environmental standards and boast our own effluent treatment plant and ensure that the water we use to process your film conforms to the water quality considered suitable for photographic processing and film cleaning.
Our ECN-2 processor is powered with an uninterrupted power supply; back up by a generator will avoid film damage due to power failure. It also uses air knives, which replace wiper blades and avoid unnecessary physical contact with the emulsion side of your film.

KODAK Cinelabs Mumbai offers the peace of mind that only comes from knowing you are working with skilled professionals. Our team understands how much effort goes into the production process and we provide you with a superior facility to minimize your risk throughout the processing stage.
