KODAK 3D LUT Plug-in
Use the KODAK 3D LUT Plug-in to apply a 3D LUT to an image in Shake. (Version 3.0 minimum)
If you apply an encrypted 3D LUT (.e3d), make sure that the LUT was created by the KODAK Display Manager System on the same machine where your imaging application is located. The KODAK Display Manager System allows you to calibrate your display and then generate a 3D LUT that is used to preview a specific print film look.
The node can also be used to apply un-encrypted LUTs (.3dl).
To apply the LUT:
- With an image loaded in your imaging software, click the Kodak tab.
- Click the plug-in icon to place the node in the workflow.
- On the Parameters 1 tab click the Filename option.
- Locate and double-click the appropriate LUT.
- Click the left side of the node to apply the LUT to the image.
NOTE: If the LUT does not work as expected, make sure it is the correct format. If it is an encrypted LUT, make sure that it was created by the Display Manager System on the same machine as your imaging application. Display Manager System V4.2 LUTs currently not compatible with Shake running on LINUX OS
