Kodak Promotes Morelli to Run Motion Picture Business in the Americas

LOS ANGELES, March 26, 2008 - Eastman Kodak Company promoted Michael J. Morelli to Vice President and General Manager of its motion picture business in North and South America, making him responsible for operations in the world's largest motion picture market. This responsibility is in addition to his current role as Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of Strategic Accounts, overseeing the division's worldwide business with motion picture studios, production companies, and laboratory partners. Morelli is located in Kodak's Hollywood, California headquarters.

Morelli will manage the business in the United States, Canada and all of Central and South America. The appointment is effectively immediately.

"Mike brings a diverse set of marketing, sales and operational experience to his new role," said Mary Jane Hellyar, President FPEG and Executive Vice President Eastman Kodak Company. "I am very pleased to have such a proven, successful leader to fill this key position. He will help us enhance the company's efforts in extending the Kodak brand to our filmmaker customers in these important markets."

Morelli joined Kodak in June of 1985 as an IT Systems Analyst. In 1986, he moved into the Entertainment Imaging Division, where he has held various positions throughout the United States and abroad. In 1997, Morelli managed the company's Feature Film Segment in Hollywood, California, and in 1999, he was moved to Sydney as General Manager of Australia and New Zealand. He returned to Hollywood in 2002 as the Regional Business General Manager and Vice President for the Hollywood Region. In 2003, he assumed the additional role of overseeing Entertainment Imaging's Global Accounts with responsibility for securing long-term multi-million dollar global contracts with motion picture studios.

In his expanded role, Morelli assumes the responsibilities formerly held by Ann S. Turner, who has taken the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Kodak's Film, Photofinishing and Entertainment Group (FPEG).

Morelli is an Associate Member of the American Society of Cinematographers and is an Honorary Member of the Australian Cinematographers Society. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Postdam with a degree in Information Technology.

"I am honored to be given the great responsibility of leading a larger portion of Kodak's successful Entertainment Imaging business," Morelli said. "I look forward to doing all I can to reinforce Kodak's strong position in this market, joined by a team of professionals whose devotion to the customer is legendary."

Additionally, Peter Boyce will be joining the Americas team as General Manager for North America, reporting to Morelli. In this role, Boyce will be responsible for all segments for the business as well as Regional Marketing and Operations for the United States and Canada.

"Peter is a first-rate addition to our team," Morelli said. "As the former General Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa Region, he has driven key growth and infrastructure investments in 'emerging' markets - areas where our business has a great deal of potential, given the appropriate levels of support and investment. Peter's contributions in generating new business have been vital to Kodak, and he brings a tremendous amount of global experience and a deep understanding of the industry to this new role."

Boyce will be based in Hollywood, relocating there sometime during the second quarter of 2008. He joined Kodak in 1974, and has held a number of sales, finance and general management positions. He graduated from Southampton University with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

"This is a time of great opportunity within the entertainment sector," said Hellyar. "I feel very confident that our leadership team is poised for success, and we are as excited as ever about Kodak's motion picture business."
