Terms of Use
You must agree to the following terms and conditions in order to become and remain a member, receive associated product discounts, and purchase items in the online store:
1 Membership in the program is limited to undergraduate/graduate students and educators/faculty members who are enrolled in a film course or employed at an accredited film school in the United States. By registering, you represent that you are eligible for membership in the program. Additionally, you agree to purchase products under the program only while you are such an undergraduate/graduate student or educator/faculty member.
2 You agree to use products purchased under this program solely in connection with non-commercial, film school activities.
3 You agree to not re-sell any products purchased under this program.
4 You agree to order no more than twice per day and three times per week from the online store. Each order shall not exceed $300.00 (this limitation shall not apply to orders for 16MM Film Kits). You may not order more than $5,000.00 in merchandise under this program during any calendar year. Kodak may reject any order that fails to comply with the limitations set forth in this paragraph (4).
5 With respect to any product you purchased under the program for which you received a discount and which you (a) should not have due to a violation of the requirement set forth in the last sentence of paragraph (1), (b) used in violation of the restriction set forth in paragraph (2), or (c) resold, you agree to repay Kodak the difference between that which you would have paid for such product at list price (including applicable taxes) and that which you actually paid (including applicable taxes) for such product (the "Product's Discount"). To recover the Product's Discount, Kodak reserves the right to charge the credit card you provided to Kodak in connection with your application for membership.
6 If Kodak determines that you've misrepresented your eligibility for membership in the program or failed to comply with any of the terms or conditions above, Kodak may revoke your membership.
